Services we provide
Bootcamp Fitness offers a variety of outdoor bootcamp workouts, as well as PlyoJam (dance fitness class) to provide you with the best possible workout experience.
Outdoor Bootcamps
Our outdoor bootcamps are group sessions, capped to 12 participants. Each bootcamp offers a unique workout experience that caters to all fitness levels and can be uniquely specified to each participants abilities. We are committed to helping each participant reach their personal best.
Personal Training
For those who prefer to work one-on-one with a coach - Bootcamp Fitness offers tailored one-on-one coaching to help reach individual goals, whether it’s to lose weight, build a stronger and more resilient body, or improve overall health.

PlyoJam Classes
Plyojam is a dance fitness class that incorporates heart-pumping moves of plyometrics with the fun of letting loose and dancing like no-ones watching. These classes are run from Knight Fitness in Brendale, times as follows;
Tuesday 6.30pm, Friday 5.40pm and Saturday 9.15am
Getting to know your coach

Amy is an experienced and certified personal trainer and gym instructor. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their health and fitness goals and provides them with the knowledge and motivation they need to succeed.
Amy has completed several certifications including Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness. Bachelor of Business, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, Thump Boxing Instructor, and Remedial Massage Therapist.
She has a wealth of experience in personal training, strength training, and nutrition and is dedicated to helping his clients reach their fitness goals.
Amy understands the importance of a personalized approach and tailors her clients’ training programs to their individual needs.
